Job Responsibilities:
+ Overseeing UX/UI designs to ensure design decisions are grounded in user experience and adhere to agency-wide design standards and industry-wide best practices

+ Translating research into user stories, requirements, flows, wireframes, and prototypes and collaborating on the future product roadmap

+ Employing user testing and outreach to ensure products meets the needs of the end users, in collaboration with partners

+ Partnering with the product team and other key stakeholders, including senior leadership, on design solutions and rationales; collaborating with internal and external teams of product designers, developers, and product managers
