15+ years-experience working with and/or managing large multi-tenant environments, cloud services and vender management

15+ years of providing strategic oversight to re-platforming initiatives

15+ years of vendor management experience
 
15+ years of demonstrated experience in improving Service Delivery processes and procedures in the infrastructure and operations.
