IT Developer/Programmer (NC765945)

The primary purpose of this position is to provide senior-level business and systems analysis, modeling, and development/ maintenance of software configurations for DPH Disease surveillance and system maintenance operations.

This resource will provide ongoing IT database development support for the surveillance systems to make any improvements necessary to incorporate communicable disease, water lead sampling, remediation data, as well as lead-based paint inspection and abatement data collected as part of the sampling, remediation data, as well as lead-based paint inspection and abatement data collected as part of the ARPA-funded "Lead & Asbestos Remediation in Public School Units and Child Care Facilities" project.  Auditing and reporting requirements are expected.
