Job Details:
• The candidate will need to come on-site on the first day to collect equipment.
• All candidates must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina.
• This position may require on site attendance when business needs warrant in person participation, such as scheduled meetings or other task specific activities.

RMA Infrastructure Team is seeking a Cloud Engineer - Expert that will support the ongoing DMV MAX Cloud infrastructure build.
The primary focus is to help DIT-T understand the architecture and be a bridge between DIT-T and the vendors with their knowledge of Cloud infrastructure networking, storage and security.
The complexity of these responsibilities are essential to DIT-T to support the building of the Azure tenant from scratch so that DMV systems can be placed in the cloud. NCDIT-T and DMV have an aggressive schedule to get this done to support the DMV modernization efforts.
Role/Responsibilities:

builds and maintains infrastructure as code (IaC) using DevOps methodology and versioning with a descriptive model to define and deploy infrastructure, such as networks, virtual machines, load balancers, and connection topologies.
