Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent relevant professional experience.
10+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex IT or technology environments
Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping, workflow documentation, and technical/business diagrams.
Experience working with technical SMEs across infrastructure, applications, service delivery, cybersecurity, or similar IT disciplines.
Preferred Skills
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, ITIL Foundation, or comparable professional certification.
Experience with documentation recovery, IT operational maturity, knowledge-
Experience documenting cybersecurity, infrastructure, disaster recovery, business continuity, or IT service-management processes.
Experience with SharePoint-based documentation repositories and governance.
Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, CIS, or other recognized IT/security frameworks.
Government or other highly regulated environment experience.
