IT Associate Data Program Manager (VA762687)
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the enterprise data program.

Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines.

Monitor program progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program requirements are met.

Collaborate with master data analysts and enterprise data stewards to develop and implement data management strategies.
-
Manage and coordinate the activities of master data analysts.
-
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of data infrastructure and tools.
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
-
Prepare and distribute regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
-
Facilitate program meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
-
Ensure program documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Monitor processes to ensure program deliverables meet established standards.
-
Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in data management, Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in enterprise data programs.

Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project).

Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
-
PMP or similar program management certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.

Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
