Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the enterprise data program.

  • Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines.

  • Monitor program progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program requirements are met.

  • Collaborate with master data analysts and enterprise data stewards to develop and implement data management strategies.

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of master data analysts.

  • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of data infrastructure and tools.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.

  • Prepare and distribute regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate program meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.

  • Ensure program documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Monitor processes to ensure program deliverables meet established standards.

  • Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data management, Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in enterprise data programs.

  • Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project).

  • Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • PMP or similar program management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.

  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
