**D ue to the nature of the work associated with this role, the client requires the selected candidate to either be a US citizen or a green card holder.

The Specialist works closely with State Agencies to understand their business needs, assists in development and/or recommendations to support the evaluation of programs, improvement of services, financial transparency, compliance and safety.

This position is a technical resource who fosters partnership and collaboration across government agencies to assist in data driven decisions.

The Specialist will assist with a portfolio of development efforts and have the primary responsibilities to:
•  Provide analytics programming support
• Provide enterprise solutions design support
• Perform testing activities
•  Perform systems analysis
• Provide project management support
